Dear Achivers We have an immediate opening for a Bangalore based MNC who look for candidates with 3- 5yrs experience under following skillsets Requirements 3-5 years experience of which at least 2 years in Testing Minimum 1 year of Oracle Applications testing/development experience in an high tech company, preferably in 11i Good functional understanding of at least two Oracle Modules in Finance(AP, PO, GL, AR, FA), Quote-to-Cash (Quoting, OM, Collections, Contracts) / HR / CRM tracks Strong experience in Test case development Strong hands-on automation experience using QTP in Oracle 11i implementation environments is highly preferred Must have experience using Test Director for Test Case maintenance, execution and test result reporting Hands on experience working with defect tracking tools (Test Director) and source control systems (RCS) Hands-on experience in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms 6i, Oracle Reports 6i, Oracle Workflow Builder and Oracle Application Object Library (AOL) Prior Development experience / Scripting experience in VB Script, Java Script would be a strong plus Nice to have knowledge of Toad, Visio, Share Point, DBA functions Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with credibility at all levels of the organization and a team player outlook with the ability to work well with peers. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Effective analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Effectively interface with the Development team and Business Analysts on Oracle ERP/CRM related issues and deliverables. Ability to quickly produce high quality technical documentation (e.g., test plans, test cases) Thorough understanding of software development lifecycle, testing life cycle and test processes Educational Qualification: Strong Academics with B.E Computer Science (or related field) / MCA Position based on Bangalore.
