Job Profile The candidate will be responsible for all 3 functions such as Marketing / Product Marketing, Marketing Communication & Inside sales activities mentioned below:- Marketing / Product Marketing: He / She will lead a small team of product marketing exercise includes Market Segmentation, Product Positioning, Competitive Analysis and Market Intelligence & Sales tools. Marketing Communication: He / She will lead a team of creative and communication specialists exercise includes Lead Generation, Creation of Marketing collateral & PR, Website development, Conceptualization and execution of led events, road shows, web-seminars, product launching & Database. Inside sales: He / She will lead a team of inside sales people exercise includes create a rich pool of qualified winnable leads for sales team in US and Europe, generate leads through cold-calling and research & qualify all incoming leads for sales funnel. Reporting to VP - Marketing Experience Above 9 years into Marketing Strategy, Product Marketing, Marketing Communication and Inside Sales (preferably in enterprise software product company) Education BE/ B.Tech / MS / MBA Team Size 3-8 Location Mumbai Compensation: 10 to 16 lacs + Incentive Those who are in USA & would like to return to India, can also be considered but they should have hard core marketing exp. Outstation candidate will also do. Selection Process: 2-3 round interviews, will try to complete all rounds within same day. ============================================


Sr. Manager - Marketing / Marketing Manager (USA & Europe Market) - Grade 6 / 7 Position Title Sr. Manager - Marketing / Marketing Manager (USA & Europe Market) Job Specification: should be able to perform the following tasks independently and minimal supervision: Identification of opportunities through effective market segmentation and analysis Using the above analysis create tactical marketing plans for Lead generation through targeted campaigns, webinars and events. Create content like white paper, case studies, presentation, web site content for execution of these campaigns. Project Management of Campaigns and Events/Trade Shows. Enable Inside/Field Sales teams by training on the messaging and tools used in specific campaigns. Measure and track the ROI and effectiveness of lead generation programs. Education BE/ B.Tech / MS / MBA Team Size 2-6 Location Mumbai Compensation: 6 to 10 lacs + incentive Timing can be as per USA time zone Outstation candidate will also do Selection Process: 2-3 round interviews, will try to complete all rounds within same day. Inside Sales: Manager / Assistant Manager (USA & Europe Market) - Grade 5 / 6 Position Title Inside Sales: Manager / Assistant Manager (USA & Europe Market) Job Profile Convincing power to sell high value solutions and ability to extract maximum information over the phone. Job Profile : The candidate will be work in a support role to field sales person. The job involves: - Interaction with VP or C level people over the phone - Prospecting for new customers either by cold calling or web registrations - Pitching our high value software products and solutions to prospects in the overseas market - Vetting customer needs with company's policies & criteria's - Profiling prospects by way of Org Chart, initiatives, budgets, etc. - Coordinating with Pre-Sales for presentations and demos & providing relevant customer inputs for the same - Transitioning vetted prospects to field sales for further interactions and deal closures Job is based in Mumbai. No travel is required. The timing is as per USA time zone Reporting to GM - Marketing / Sr. Marketing Manager / Manager Experience 2 - 10 Yrs. 2-5 years in enterprise software sales / hardware sales / tele sales / field sales / front sales / sales support / cold calls / lead generation. A major highlight of the job would be developing and sustaining excellent customer relationship through deep engagement and delivering continuous value by meeting customer expectations and handling issues. Excellent Negotiation skills, Technically sound, able to understand the customer needs and project requirements, Strong leadership abilities - able to drive the teams to achieve business objectives Should be able to conduct presentations and discussions with Senior management at Customer place. Job Description - Independently handling large clients - Probe and understand client requirements - Negotiate Statement of Work (SOW) - Translate client requirements for internal teams - Build relationship with customer - Provide configuration or debugging of product - Manage & negotiate change requests from customer - Meet and exceed customers expectation to create customer delight - Coordinate with third party System Integrators to design a complete solution - Verification of the deliveries to the end customer Reporting to Director - PSO Experience 8 + years of experience.
