Reliance Industries Limited Is looking for YOUNG ENGINEERS (0-1 Year of Experience) (Chemical/Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation/ Power Electronics)
Opportunities exist for Graduate /Post Graduate Engineers to be recruited under the FOPE (Field Operations & Panel Engineers) Training Scheme. Under this scheme, young engineers from all disciplines, work hands'-on in areas-from Field Operations to Engineering tasks-in Field and Panel Positions to start with and later in Engineering positions in Production & Maintenance Departments- for a total of 24 months.
Eligibility Graduates in Engineering with minimum 60% aggregate marks over all eight semesters .In case of candidates completing Degree Engineering after Diploma, their aggregate percentage of six semesters in engineering would be considered. Candidates are required to produce original marks sheets/certificates for verification during Interviews. Year of Passing Engineering Graduation-2005 or 2006 (awaiting results) Pre-employment Medical Examination-successful clearing of medical examination, carried out by Company prescribed Medical Practitioners( will be informed to candidates clearing the Tests and Interviews)
Application & Selection Process Eligible candidates may apply on www.ril.comApplyonline"YoungEngineers" Based on the first level screening of applications, candidates will be informed about their status of applications on the web page. Shortlisted candidates will be required to appear for written tests (aptitude and subject test) that will be conducted in 12 centres across the country (Delhi, Lucknow, Kolkata, Bhopal, Ahmedabad, Baroda,Mumbai,Nagpur,Bangalore, Hyderabad,Chennai and Cochin) Candidates clearing the written tests will also go through technical interviews at the above centers. Based on a National Merit List, selected candidates will receive Offer Letters to join as FOPEs.
Appointment & Compensation Appointment will be at any of the Reliance/IPCL Manufacturing Sites. Though the Training is for a period of 24 months ,candidates will be absorbed as Managers, on successful completion of first year of training. Compensation will match industry standards. We follow a Cost to Company' method of payment that offers flexibility to an employee to choose his compensation package based on his taxation and social needs. Hostel Accommodation (for first year of training) and single status/family accommodation (second year onwards) is available at the above manufacturing locations at reasonable charges.
