Hi, Immediately need - QA resource - with preferred telecom experience not must Skillset requirements: 1. QA members are expected to have at least 5 years of experience in QA (various testing - black/white box, regression, feature, test automation, tools etc), specifically: · Hands on experience (3 years) conducting acceptance, regression, feature and performance testing both in manual and automated environments. · Experience (3-4 years) with Java, and XML development · Minimum of a BS degree in technology related field (equivalent experience will be considered). · Experience Test automation and experience in commercial test ! tools are added advantage 2. Senior Testers - 7/8 years of experience in the areas of QA & Object oriented software development, more specifically: · Hands on experience (5 years) conducting acceptance, regression, feature and performance testing both in manual and automated environments. · Experience (1 year) with Test Driven Development practices, Agile Project Execution Methodologies, and short release cycles (quarterly or shorter). · Experience (5 years) Product Requirements and Acceptance Test Definition · Experience (5 years) designing and implementing test automation for web-based, and client-server software using commercial test automation tools from companies such as Segue or Mercury Interactive. ·&n! bsp; Experience (7 years) developing comprehensive test plans and organizing testing for complex applications; product testing; analyzing system failures and determining areas of weakness. · Experience (4 years) leading high performance Software Quality Engineering / Quality Assurance Teams on commercial products. · Experience (6 yrs) Software Configuration Management; backward compatibility issues; managing multiple product releases in the field. · Experience (5 years) with Web based product Architectures; Ability to assess commercial level performance, scalability, and robustness system issues in web based products. · Experience (3-4 years) with Oracle based products on UNIX (Solaris and Linu! x preferred) and development environments and products on Windows systems. · Experience (2-3 years) with Java, and XML based products. · Experience (3 years) with Object-oriented Software Development Methodologies · Minimum of a BS degree in technology related field (equivalent experience will be considered). - minimum 5-7yrs exp - Location - Bangalore send your current CTC, expectation, Joining time. profiles without these , will not be considered send your updated resume - immediately srirangab@bsil.com regards Sriranga Bhat Blue Star Infotech Limited.
