The Job Description: Development of Master test plan and effort estimation Conducting Bug scrub meetings Leading the team responsible for Generation of Test Scripts for BAT and Regression testing Using QTP 8.2. Development of Release plan. Defining the Automation process, and status review Meetings. Performance and Scalability Testing using Testing Tool. Stress Tes! ting using Mercury Testing Tool. Implement Quality Management initiatives. Generating metrics based on test data Requirements Traceability Matrix Provide overall guidance and direction to the test automation and performance testing teams onsite and offshore. Creation and review of scope, planning and commit estimates for test effort Creation and review of test strategy, test plan, resource allocation chart for multiple projects. Good Communication skills.
