Roles and Responsibilities: Responsibilites : You would be responsible for: Project Management, Planning, execution tracking, customer interaction, Metrics reporting, reviewing the test plans and developing better testing strategies. You will lead Test Engineering projects. Be involved in Design and Development of Protocol Stack Simulators, Test Automation Tool analysis and development. Design and Development of Test Suites; and setting up of Advanced Test Lab. Candidate should have good communication skills, both written and verbal and also good Interpersonal skills. Must be a good team player and should able to work independantly. Should be a good decision maker. Need to interact with the client and should be aware of whole SDLC process of testing and must have knowledge in it. Skills and Job Requirements: Candidates should have at least 5 years of software testing and test automation experience. - Should have good exposure to usage of Winrunner tool. - Experience on Test automation using winrunner tool is a must. - Should be familiar with test methodologies, test case development and test execution. - Exposure to Medical Electronics domain will be an advantage. - Should have lead a team of at least 3-4 members.
