Good understanding of 3GPP standards. Experience in integrating the hardware accelators and peripherals such as USB, IrDA, Obex, Bluetooth, GPS, Flash etc. Experience in hardware level development/debugging on embedded platforms using emulators/debuggers Experience in RTOS and good knowledge of any of common operating systems used on handsets such as Symbian, Linux, Nucleus, WinCE Experience in writing boot loaders, bootrom Experience in device driver development on embedded platforms ARM experience desirable Good understanding of hardware architecture and lower layer protocol concepts Experience in TCP/IP or other data protocols is desirable. Experience in Development/Integration in any of handsets applications such as MMI, Browser, WAP, Messaging, MMS, DRM, Java, Predictive text, Push to Talk Cellular, Streaming Video, Sync ML, SIM toolkit on 2G/3G Mobile Handsets.
