Job Profile ·
Develop overall plan, budget structure, schedule and staffing requirements for multiple projects.
· Accountable for all deliverables including new system plans, solutions, maintenance & service of installed solutions.
· Provide technical leadership and project management for the team and act as the project director or future projects.
· Monitor and mentor team towards better work performance.
· Foresee customer issues and proactively address the same.
· Ensure providence of technical support to marketing team in terms of proposals, estimation and solutions - any pre-sales support.
· Extensive interaction with onsite coordinator/s and client/s
· Delivery Management of Multiple projects in various technology and business areas.
· Implement Quality Management initiatives.
Skills Required
Good understanding of Testing life cycle and methodologies
Qualification :BE/BTech/ME /MTech (Computer Science & Electronics)/MCA
Experience : 7 - 10 Yrs
